I found out that I have paid $70 a month more for my daughter's bedroom lease (she's in a 4 bedroom) than at least one of her roommates because they signed their leases at different times and her roommate got a "special". Their leases might have been signed a week apart in August of 2008. A neighbor moved in about a month after she did and he paid $100 less per month. I feel like I was conned. I agree with other reviewers - the office staff, particularly the manager, are nasty and rude - repeatedly. Why would anybody stay for that' There are a lot nicer apartments to be found for a little more money - cleaner, nicer, in better neighborhoods, and certainly with nicer office staff.
