Ive lived in projects in Brooklyn NY, and this is basically the projects. Mobs of teenagers shooting dice, smoking weed. Maintenance sucks. You cant get comcast cable they have some wack ass satellite that goes out when the sun shines too hard. On the late nite its always some drunk cats walking around talking and laughning or a party in someones apt till the early morning. my advice just move to the projects!
