this place sucked. plain and simple. but if you like so many coackroaches you don't know what to do, no matter how clean you keep it, having stolen vehicles left in your parking space, drug dealers in the building, walking into the hallway and getting a contact buzz, the overly needy wel-fare cheating wenches, and overall unfriendly magament staff, then go for it. the only good thing is that you have assigned parking and you can tow ppl if they park in your space. if you're military and looking at this place because they have military set aside, look someplace else. my best tip i can give you is avoid anything managed by Southern Management. they suck, they jerk you around, and they LIE! the little bit of lighting that is in the parking lot, goes out most of the time. if you are late on your rent, be prepared for the whole world to know about it because they put neon colored pieces of paper on your door saying that you are late, and that is how they contact you..about pretty much everything: with a note. the maintinance people are very nosey. with the exception of one, when they come into your house it feels like they are shopping. (they are also the first one to take stuff out of the trash! seriously like cabinets and things) i have had them come in with out knocking! complaining did nothing about this. they also try to raise your rent, there is nothing in the lease you sign that says anythgin about raising it. email me if you need anymore information.
