They do not have a model or will they show you an empty apartment, but they will show you pictures. Dose'nt that sound odd.All I have to say is that this place should be condemed and some one should call the health department. The roaches shold be charged rent and you should be able to live there rent free. The roaches are horrible I lived there for a year. If you put a plate of food down on the kitchen counter do not take your eyes off it or turn your back I guarentee you will get a special ingredient(ROACH)in your food. Yeah you can go to the office they'll schedule an exterminator to come out and spray, but the roach problem there is beyond spraying or bombing especially when istead of passing a nieghbor in the hall way you pass a roach coming from out of one apartment to another. And when you go to the office the staff there will act so suprised that there are Roaches and tell you that the they have'nt seen any since they have worked there. It dose'nt help that they are so dishonest about the roaches, the rats, and the crime. Yeah asigned parking sounds great but not when your spot in around the courner and any extra spots are a block away. So if you get towed or if someone breaks into your car(which happens often it happened to my roommate)you won't hear your alarm those are use less here you will find out when you can't find you car. So I would rather live in a card board box then here.

Well i have went on a tour and was seen an empty apartment . so maybe it was just your experience and ive also just moved in capital view and i love my assign parking space its quiet outside and im a single female i never see anyone hanging outside or anything else maybe some experiences are better then others . im readign this in disgust some tenants will say anything but im sure if u needed somewhere to stay and noone else will accept u youd probably run right back to gateway

I am currently researching apt's to move into for I will be moving to the area from CA and was just wondering if this area is safe...so to all current residents of capital view can you please post reviews for this apt. or let me know if this is the one for me. I have a 9 mth old daughter, I have heard many horror stories about the east coaset and would love to have a safe neighborhood for my daughter and I. Thank you!

I LIVE IN CAPITAL VIEW. THIS IS THE WORST APT I'VE LIVED IN. THE ROACHES ARE UNBEARABLE. WHEN I MOVED IN ROACHES WERE COMING FROM MY STOVE. THE NASIEST SH$T. THE EXTERMINATOR WILL COME IN & THEY WERE STILL COMING OUT. HAD TO PROVE TO THEM THAT THEY WERE COMING FROM MY STOVE IN ORDER TO GET A NEW ONE. THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN, I CAN HEAR MY NEIGHBOR WAKING HER KIDS UP EVERY MORNING. THE CARPET IS OLD, NO DISHWASHER. ONE THING I CAN SAY, MY CAR WAS NEVER STOLEN OR BROKEN INTO, & I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LOITERING. I STILL DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
