I have lived here since August 07. The things that the person commented on from Jan. I did not see any of that. There are no mice running around in my hallway and the laundry over here works fine. I am not sure where they lived. I did see a few roaches here and there, but these are apartment buildings. No matter how many times you fumigate and do all that stuff, the roaches will still be here. They are not running all around my counter or anything. I see them once in a while. You call maintenance and they come do a spraying twice a month. Remember, please do not believe everything that you read on the internet. You should also go to the apartment and take a look for yourself. There was no model that I saw either, I saw the real deal. Who wants to see a model!!! I want to see the real thing. The complex is clean, there is a no loitering policy and they enforce it. I have never had anyone break into my car while it was parked in the parking lot. I have never had a problem with staff or noise. I have a young child and I would not live in an unsafe area. I can walk outside in the evening and sit on my balcony and relax. I love living here. Come and see for yourself. :) BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
