I have lived in Capital View since Feb., and I must say it is nothing like this ratings say. I love the neighborhood, its quiet, no loitering problems, no neighboor problems. As far as rats and roaches. I have never seen anything close to a mouse or a rat in my apt home nor on the community. I do see a roach from time to time, maybe once a month, but nothing I would call a problem. It is multi-family living and I dont expect anything out of the ordinary. I love my home, its very spacious, and I wouldnt have a problem walking the neighborhood with my young daughter, def a place to call home.
