I lived in these apartments for 3 years. They are not entirely bad. The fact that I had only one vehicle was a plus for me because in this complex everyone was assigned a parking space. The fact that there was very seldom a visitor's spot was due to tenants in the complex having more than one vehicle and having to utilize the visitor's parking spaces. When I called in a maintenance problem they responded in a timely manor and were pretty good about fixing things. The property management team were not always that friendly and the Property Manager Maria is downright rude and nasty but that is no reason to give the whole complex a bad review. While living there a neighbors guinea pig had burrowed into my kitchen, damaging the kitchen cabinets and making a complete mess. I was scared to stay in my home because we had not yet identified what type of animal that was occupying my space. When I called over to the rental office the assistant property manager responded as well as calling for the maintenance crew, and animal control. They worked diligently until the animal was out of my home. Immediately my kitchen was fixed and the maintenance came and did a follow up to make sure everything was okay. The rental office often had activities for the kids to participate in on the different holidays; often having santa, and the easter bunny on holidays with free pictures. There were cookouts, and moonbounces, and back to school activities.

The only reason that I moved is because I am scared to death of animals and a mouse had gotten into my apartment during the Thanksgiving holiday. I did not think twice I decided to move. Even though I am a former tenant after having problems with my current landlord and being told that I needed to move I called Capital View in order to see if they had anything available.
