The apartment was spacious, yes. The rounds were well kept. I never had a problem with six legged freaks or rodentia.

But, my apartment (top floor) was broken into and absolutely everything of value removed--right down to the caller id box. The cops could have cared less. I hate cops. The middle/high school kids are out of control, partying and fighting and acting crazy at all times of day and night. I think this one maintenance guy who hung with them let the little bastards into my apartment to steal my ****.

People do drink in the parking lot. There are crackheads and various assorted other criminals, but you only really see them at night on 450. I would not move back b/c I have 2 kids now and I need a dishwasher, and because I do not feel my apartment would be safe from thieving.
