I've been living in Gateway gardens for a couple of months, and so far, my only complaint is that the people living above me can get noisy at times. They don't have carpet, which is supposed to be manditory. Other than that, the apartment is great. When I moved in, I found that they had installed brand new kitchen and bathroom flooring, and a new bathroom cabinet. The carpet was in great condition. When I was doing my walkthrough, the maintence men were still there cleaning up, so they fixed some of the few minor maintence issues right then and there. The office staff has always been very helpful, and many of them live in the complex them selves.

The groungs are well kept, When I leave out for work in the morning, I often see the cleaning people performing their duties.

The very first night I moved in, I couldn't find parking in my lot so I had to go to another one, which really wasn't that far of a walk. Since that first night, I haven't had trouble with parking, and I love the fact that you don't need parking stickers, so you can have as many friends over as you want. The lots are very well lit, also.

The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet space.

I've enjoyed living here thus far.
