If you are a dead beat, this is the place to live!!! I have a relative who lives in this complex who pays their rent on time and is conciously a good tenant. The on site management office issued a 30 day notice to vacate with no explanation. Even though this is a common practice in the rental enviornment, it seems to reason that good tenants should be treated with a little more decency. I've visited my relative and noticed summons on many doors in the development, and none of these tenants have been asked to leave (I guess you have to be a friend of the onsite manager to be privied to this honor). Additionally, it's been said that several of the current tenants were evicted from one apartment and moved into another (a friend in the office is an asset in this community). And if you want to make a couple of extra dollars join the tenants in this complex who sublet!!! What a great place to live if you are a deadbeat! If you are an honest reliable tenant DON'T MOVE HERE!!
