I have lived in Capital View apartments since August-01. I have had my car towed 6 times for a little as running in the house to take some groceries (becasue my parking spot is to far to cary them) and coming out to find my car gone. My car has been broken into 3 times and I have seen two people get shot in my parking lot. When does any of it end' If you have two cars, Please do not move to capital view, you will only have one parking spot and the visitors spots that are there are always taeken by the same people who apparently have two or more cars and can sit at home all day. there needs to be open parking so that it is a first come first serve basis. Especially when the parking space is not directly in front of your building. and you have to walk
