Your comment: The only other problem is a roach problem, which to
a large extent you have to play a part in dealing with yourself.

Mine: You are TRIPPING, seriously! As a tenant, you should not have to be responsible for exterminating vermin that are not present because of anything that you have caused. Bump that!!!
