I like Gateway Gardens. The staff is great and maintenance is always on time. The rent is good and it's convenient. The only problem is the parking and the roaches, but not everyone has that problem from what I'm told. I guess it all depends on who you live around. Parking truly sucks and I can't wait til they are finished building the high school across from me and get rid of that one way street. Theft and vandalizism is a big problem but I don't know many places where it's not. All in all they seem to take pride in their apartments and I think you get what you pay for.
