What is happening with the maintenance' I have noticed in the past 6 months the maintaining of the property and the maintenance staff has down graded. Things are not the way they used to be. The grounds used to be kept beautiful and I have also heard the same from fellow neighbors. I just do not understand what the problems was. I heard there was a change in hands in the maintenance department but I dont know if it is true or not. If it is true, then they might want to get back whom they had before (I think his name was Curtis) but if not then they might want to see what has happened. Those are just my thoughts.

As far as office staff, I haven't had a problem.
