I have been living in Gateway for almost 2 years now. I like the location of where the apartment is located. It close to 295, 395 and 495. You can not beat the location.

I have two compliants about the apartment.

1) The parking is awful. There are no assigned parking. You have to get home at 5:30pm to get a parking in your court.

2) The roaches are horrible. I have bombed my apartment. Put down boric acid every where. It has gotten aliitle better. I hear that the combact gel and baits work the best. So, I will try that next. LOL

I think it is awful that the currently extermination process that they have does not work. Every time, they exterminate it seems like I see more roaches. I am better off if I do my own.

This is because the apartment are old apartments. Sourthern Management needs to tear down the apartments and remodel them.

If you are look for convience then come but just be prepared to exterminate, come home early and oh I forgot... fight the kids who loiter infront of your apartment complex.

If you can deal with this, then this is the place for you...
