Management only seems to care about the exterior of the apartments and not the interior. The only time the apartments were painted, new windows and carpet installed were when a new tenant moved in and the rent was constantly rising. When you complained about other tenants you were labeled a troublemaker by the management. Parking is a nightmare! You have to be home before 7 p.m. to get a parking space.

There is also a very serious bird problem from November until April of every year. The birds boop about 4 times a day on all the cars. Be prepared to buy a car cover or have your car's paint destroyed!!

The roaches will be your constant companion. The more the apartment were exterminated the more roaches you will have.

There is no lock on the door entrance of each unit and this is not safe. There have been many break-ins and a female tenant was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot.

Some of the tenants are not considerate of their neighbors too.

Question: If it is so bad, why have you lived there for so long, and also, how often is the rent increase?
