i have to agree with the person that said if you can find somewhere else to go then please do so. i have live around there for about 5 years, and in the beginning you could not ask for a better place to live. But once management started changing then they were more concern about jacking up your rent that fixing problems in your apartment, and helping with disorderly neighbors. I have had my tags stolen off my car in front of my building, there is no parking after certain times of the day. And several people in my complex had gotten their apartment broken into. I at one time sent a letter to the rent office about a registered sex offender that lived close to the rent office as well as the playground. As you guess no follow-up was done on it, because the residents of Gateway was not told about this man, so that they could pay extra attention to their kids. I had to get my kids out of that mess, and I am glad that i did. Because it has not gotten any better since I left. With the constant noise from the neighbors, roaches and people sitting on your front, it is a wonder why these apartments haven't came up under scrunity before. So if you want to stay in a place where the rent goes up every year, but no improvements are made then Gateway Gardens is for you. But if you want better for you or your kids trust me DON'T DO IT
