Long story short horrible Bed bug problem. Rude property manager tells me its a personal problem. Exterminated three times didnt help at all. I have two kids and couldnt live like that. Had to break but demanded security deposit. Thanks asistant manager Carlos good guy with a bad boss. Alot of roaches but tolerable if you exterminate your self. I would have reccomended this community until I had to deal with the property manger, rude and inconsiderate.

manager? must be Maria. making her a manager was a big mistake. she is the most Ignorant person in that office. I feel sorry for everyone else in that office that have to work with her.

True, Carlos quit recently, I guess he couldn't take working in such a bad community. They always lose the good people because they won't change.

That is my new biggest fear! I'm looking on this site specifically for the bed bug problem. I am trying to move out of Oakridge Apartments now because of this newly discovered (well, if I had paid attention, in hind sight, but then again I didn't know anything about them, anyway...) pestilent, called BED BUGS. I too, have two children, one more suseptible to illness (due to allergies and asthma), and you are absolutely right, NO WAY TO LIVE! It's substandard, and they bed bugs are migrating with the people if you understand me! I will be sure to check wherever I go about past maintenance history, specifically with pest control. I advise anyone else to do the same. The more educated you are on your consumer rights, the less they can get away with. I'm not used to them, but I can handle the roaches with preventive maintenance, fogging, traps, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen and home. Thanks for your comment, this has really helped me, and I hope I've been informative to potential future tenants.
