There's NEVER any parking. We have to rush home every night to find a decent spot (and decent is behind out building or the building behind us) i think it's ridiculous that Capital View (managed by the same company) has parking permits and we don't. We are a much bigger complex! When we first moved in the A/C wasn't working in dead ass June! OH YEAH:: WE HAVE MICE! found a nest in my home yesterday (in the kitchen!!!) in addition to that little sucker running around here like he pays rent! Seen a few roaches, plugged holes and everything. There is only so much i can do as a tenant. Another complaint: we have no sidewalk to walk on. they started digging in Sept 08, and it's now Dec adn the pile with the big ass crater hole is still there blocking the stairs... we have to trudge thru the mud in the rain sleet snow, whatever. The walls are thin, every time the folks above me have sex i fell like i'm in the room with them, i can hear wherever they walk OH and the folks that are constantly smoking cigarettes or weed, the smell can get u high! April baby April. I would never recommend this place, not unless ur truly down on ur luck, other than that you can do way better.

As a resident of Gateway Gardens, I can honestly say that I share all of the fustrations the reviewer listed above. The roaches here are horrible. They keep coming! I know you're looking for a deal but please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

As a resident of gateway I understand the the way the reviewer feels. The walls are very thin and you can hear people walking around above you. I don't have any roaches or mice but I guess it depends on what building you live in. My water seems to get hot when it wants to. And after the work the did in the parking lot my tub drains ever so slowly. To me for a 1 bedroom the price is to high for what I'm getting. Also if its dark out there is no need to look for a place to park because there wont be any spaces available. They honestly need to remodel badly because these buildings are old and my balcony door keeps no cold air out. my neighbor below me smokes cigarettes like they're about to go out of style so my bedroom at times my apt smells like smoke. Dude seriously needs to quit.
