HI, I have been live this apt for a year and 2 months. The truth is i never safisty with their service, parking, kids/trash-(parents have no responisble)and cats dead on roads

First at all, I had been required repair for Tub (problem with flood), kitchen sink, slug, and mice and varity of bugs. I have been wait for them to clean and fix them, but i had waiting for 3 months and i had to request again. I respond twice, and they finally send extermintor to kill mice, slug and bugs, but they keep come back. I want them dead so i can enjoy the apt. I never did enjoy myself.

Second, it is about Parking, we, residents have lots issue about parking that we have to get home early and not able to go out for fun, clubbing or bar.. It does sucker for residents to search for parking. I do feel like it waste my time to look for park. i have to park 3 blocks away from my apt. I dont not like it. Lease office try ,make suggest and ideas that they provide parking permit with limit visitor hours or limit two cars per apt that i do want either of them, and they never make it happen. I assume that they DO NOT CARE ABOUT US! It made me feel sucker to move in and moved back to my old apt that have PLENTY OF PARKING!!!!! What is wrong with this place'

Third, i live first floor that my baloney have no fence and there is two deck above of my apt. There are kids live up there and they kept threw trash, toys in my baloney that diguested me! I told myself who had done this and kids' parents are irresponsible to educated their kids to not threw trash. I see lots great kids but parents are not great roles for their kids. GEEZ!

Forth, i am crazy about cats and i am animal lover myself. WHen i see cats died on roads that diguested me! There is lots homeless cats around the gateway gardens, and i notice gateway gardens just feed them outside instead of find them home. I have two homeless cats that visit me every morning and afternoon for food and water. I was very pleased to feed them, until one of them never come back, i assumed that he had died somewhere. I miss him very much. There is other cat were very well look, but right now he is sick and not able to gain the weight anymore. He is very skinny. I ask gateway gardens if there we can do anything to put them home or ask ASPCA to come here to resce the cats, lease office is not resonible for them when they are on their prothey and they do nothing! It kills me see cats wandering around with cars that will kill them... I see dead cats 5 to 10 times a week..

Laundry room is ok ok, because sometimes the smell does bother me and notice people often forget their clothes for 4 days... It is also webs and mess in there. Sometimes i can smell cigg and weed that someone do smoke in laundry room. I do have healthy issue with smoking. People dont follow rules or policy DANG!

My price for rent is not worth it since i am not satisfty with their service!

think abt it before you move in!

I suggest everybody to not move in until they do something abt it. What i notice that they never take a action of it

U got more issues than spelling honey. sounds like u need ur own home. Remember this is an apartment not a SFH!!

I BELIEVE YOU THE COMPLEX IS TERRIBLE I LIVED THERE THE PERSON WHO COMMENTED MUST WORK IN THE RENTAL OFFICE GATEWAY GARDENS ARE SLUM LORDS PLEASE PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE DEPERATE FIND SOMEONE TO STAY WITH TRUST ME YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!!!
