You will NEVER have to worry about me even attempting to think about inquiring Hilltop Manor Apartments! I would say a shelter would have to better than this. The staff, which is a mother/daughter duo is absoulutely horrible!!!!!!!! The mother/property manager, who might I add sits on the council for the Town of Bladensburg, she should be ashamed of herself!! If she helps run the town the way she runs this apartment complex...oh god help Bladensburg!! She must teach that daughter, the same unprofessinal skills because she is definitely no better...probably WORSE!!!! And they even have the nerve to post a sign in the front of the complex about it being a "drug free" neighborhood.....THAT'S A JOKE, AND THEY KNOW IT!!!! I would never recommend Hilltop Manor UNLESS it was under a completely new management and had a complete makeover.
