I have been living here for almost two years. Its a first apartment and I have to say that I have seen only one roach in my entire time living here, granted I would love to have seen none... but let's be realistic, its an apartment complex. The staff downstairs is VERY nice and anytime I have ever had an issue it was resolved within 24 hours, no constant calling or attitude from the staff. The hall ways can be a bit noisy, but I rarely hear other people while in my apartment. I DID have my car stolen from outside, however, after the incident, the management hired a night watchman who patrols the parking lot at night and I have never felt unsafe.

All in all there are definitely better, but not at this price. I would say that you get a little more than you pay for as parking is free, there is a laundry room on each floor, the staff is attentive and kind and all utilities are included.

Not bad at all.
