I absolutely disagree with the negative comments. I did have the pleasure of living at the Keniliworth Towers Apartments for 2 years. The staff was very professional, the maintenance crew was great and the building upkeep was good. When I moved in, the apartment was very clean with new wall to wall carpeting. I never saw any bugs in my apartment. Any maintenance repairs (only 2) were handled immediately. My neighbors were quiet.
My stay was enjoyable and I would definitely stay there again if it is still in the condition I left.
