Okay, I'll make this short even though I could go on and on. This palce is a dump, it smells, it's dirty, everything is rundown and broken. The rooms are spacious, but the appliances suck. They spraypainted my stove elements, so the first time i used it it set off my smoke detector, the blinds slats on the windows are different sizes and colors, the kitchen and bathroom is helld together with thick gobs of caulk. None of the wall plates match the walls, not to mention the walls are dirty, you wipe them with some cleaner and a rag, and you'll see that they were once white. The elevators are always out, the front door is always broken, and you might just be lucky enough to see the crackhead hooker that often frequents the lobby. Aside from all of that, the shady indeviduals that live there, the swarms of birds that crap all over everything, and the sketch, shady club next door, this place still sucks. I am leaving as soon as possible. Don't do it, not even for the price or not having to pay for utilities. Oh, also, don't expect to sleep much with the constant sounds of horns coming from outside. Management sucks too, they are too worried about breaking a nail, or getting off their fat asses to anything for you.
