Needs alot of help!

I just moved in and 2 people were shoot dead and I wasnt there a week yet! I filled out the list of things to fix in my apartment and they havent done any of it and its been a month now. My rep that I went through never called me back throughout the process, and I didnt get my second set of keys until the the third week of July(moved in jun 21)!! The whole building needs work, for the amount we are paying, its definitely not worth it!
