This apartment complex does need some work. But rent is cheap. Tenants need to take pride where they live. I went to several "Town Meetings". The town officials only blasted the managment company and the manager. How helpful is that'''' After 3 meetings I stopped attending. Got tired of the slam fest. Nothing productive came out of these meetings.

Yeah, there was a murder and a rape. Tell me 1 place where crime doen't visit!' If the town officials and the tenants ralled TOGETHER to fight off crime then perhaps things like this wouldn't happen.

As far as the office staff... I have never been treated rudely. I have always felt nothing but respect when I called or came in. The office staff could probably get a better handle on the residents if other residents would turn in some of these kids that are tearing the place up. Come on people... this is your home!!!

County officials... stop pointing the finger and roll up your sleeves and pitch in. What are we paying you for anyway''

I dont know what planet you live on but this place is a dump. Mice shouldnt even be allowed to live here. Crime is important and would you be saying that if it was your mother or child that was murdered??????? Probably not, the office staff is just ignorant, the elevators which have been "being renovated" for the past two years smell like piss. Yes it is the tenants but the magamagement has a lot to do with that......ever heard of eviction?????? Well maybe yo like smelling weed coming down your hallways or the roaches in your home but me, I will pass. And to be paying over 1,000 a month I expected a lot better!!!!!!!!!!
