I just recently moved here. It took the rental office FOREVER to process my rental application. Most places take 2-3 business days, tops. It took over a week.
The parking is also horrendous. If you get home after 7 pm, forget about finding a good space. The first floor is the nicest- they get progressively worse as you move up in the building. The paint and carpeting in my hallway is in desperate need of repair work- it looks SO ghetto. I?m almost ashamed of having people come over because I don?t want them to think I live in the projects. Then, the other day, my neighbor told me 2 people were killed here a few months ago!
The good things about this place: rent is cheap, all utilities are included, it?s close to major roadways. That?s about it.
Definitely move somewhere else if you can afford it!
