Ok, first things first, the apartment. I am not going to lie, the apartment itself is beautiful. It's spacious, and has plenty of closet space, along with a nice size kitchen, dinning room, bedroom and front room. However, you have to ask yourself, is it worth it''' That's the debate that I have going on right now. I currently live in a one bedroom that I am kinda settle in. All utilities included, it's affordable, and convient to everything. However, I've seen a few other apartments that are a little smaller and a little cheaper, and lets just be real, a lot more quiet. During the course of a day you will hear police cars, fire trucks, dump trucks, car horns, car accidents, ------- music, kids fighting, and other noises that I can't put on the web. The elevator is another whole story in itself. Ok, so when they are working (which is about 4 days out of a 7 day week) you have to face either the smell of urine, trash everywhere, kids jumping up and down on them (which is why they stay broke) or taking a ride all the way to the 10th floor. Now this wouldn't be bad if you lived on the 10th floor. But for the others that live in between, either you get off and walk down to your floor, or you take the ride back to the lobby. The lobby..... The lobby used to be cute. They had lounge chairs in there when I first moved there. But of course, someone ripped the chairs up causing them to remove all of them. So now it's just bare, with dirty carpet. Carpet which they tell individuals when they come look at apartments that they are replacing. LIE!!!!!!! They will also tell you that the elevators always work, and the smell came from that day with a "baby".... hahaha They're going to tell you that they are in the process of remodeling the apartment building as well as the apartments.. LIE!!!! They are going to tell you any maintenance request you have will be answer within 24 hours. LIE!!! The list can go on about how many lies they can tell you. At the end you have to be the judge of everything. This was my starter apartment, so I don't look at it as a total lost, it was an learning experience. Just do a little research before you move in. And that's anywhere for that matter. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
