I only lived in the apartment for about 2 months. I saw a HUGE roach on the bathroom sink a week after I moved in. It was chillin on the sink, as if it actually had a right to be there. It was the very first roach I had ever laid eyes on, so I had no clue how to act. I was terrified.

Not to mention, when I first moved in, I received numerous letters and notifications that I owed months and months of back rent, and I was also summoned to appear in court for owed back rent I had nothing to do with. It messed up my credit, and it took them forever to get it off my record. The person who lived above me, left their bathroom tub leaking, so it leaked into my apartment.

The staff and manager were really unapologetic, and unresponsive. They were lazy and just didn't give a damn. I wrote a loooong letter, and they let me out of my lease, only to get me out of their hair, because I was not gonna give up, until my voice was heard. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there. It's ghetto and dirty. Think before you sign the lease!!
