If you like being in the hood surrounded by fake a$$ thugs, broke down hookers and wefare mooching section 8 living individuals then this is the place for you. The elevators NEVER work, God forbid that you have to take the stairs, it is so dark and dirty and creepy. The buildings should be torn down amd a mall or parking lot should be made in its place. All you have to do is drive past the buildings and see how many aparments are vaccant. You can see that from the stree. That should raise a bright RED flag. The drug dealing is done in plain view out in the open in front of whoever is around in both the 502 building and the 5804 building. Let me not get on management! There was a maintenance man SLEEPING in my bed when I came home from work. How triffling is that''!'! Yeah he was fired but what sence of security does that leave me with' This is the worst place that I have ever been in my life and I have been around. Oh I cant forget the Stupid a$$ ignorant person that lives in 5802 that shoots his gun off of the balcony for fun. PG Police is a damn joke, so is Bladensburg Police. I saw 2 men going from balcony to balcony checking everyone's balcony door to see if they could get in. I called the police and it took them 35 minutes to show up, by that time the perps had already dissapeared into the night. I blame manegement for EVERYTHING that is going wrong in these buildings because if they would check some of these people's back ground they would see that they are not fit for living among civil people. Also we have 3 registered sex offenders on the property so watch yourself and your kids. Move here and you are playing Russian Roulette with your life.
