Where do I begin'...

I lived in Park Place for all but 2 months, if even that. When I first moved in, there were numerous court notices/violations put on my door, from the previous tenant, I assume, but they were in my name. I was summoned to court like 4 times! I was outraged. I hadn't been there 2 weeks, and was already being summoned to court. I can't remember how the office staff treated the situation, since it was so long ago. The two things that actually made me move were the HUGE roach I found on my bathroom sink and the leak from my upstairs neighbor that made my bathroom ceiling cave in. That was my first time ever seeing a roach, and it was HUGE, so I was terrified. Damn near lost my mind. After my ceiling caved in, I wrote a letter of disgust to the property manager and the corporate office, demanding that they let me out of my lease. Thankfully, they let me out of my lease with no problems. I was so so glad, because I could see all that stuff was just a start of a lot more problems to come. I wouldn't recommend anyone move there. Bladensburg isn't the greatest of areas to live in, anyway. On the upside, I never heard my neighbors, it was pretty quiet. Parking wasn't really that much of a problem. But I'd still advise people to look elsewhere before even considering it!
