Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
They have mice & raoches and they will not get rid of them. Maintenance is horrible...my ceiling (and my neighbor's ceiling) literally had to cave in before they repaired a simple leak. Management is terrible, and they try to blame you for everything.
