I moved in Park Place this month but I applied for the apartment in August. While I was in the office filling out my application this man came in yelling and cussing, at first I was going to get up and run but Meagen (she was the one that helped me when I came in) explained to me that she and most of the staff was new and doing their best to make things better. For some reason I believed her and I watched the manager come out and try to talk to this man who was still yelling. I watched the way the office staff helped this man. It looked like all of them cared that he was so mad! Let me add that I looked at other apartments before coming to Park Place but really liked the way Meagan treated me and the fact that I didn't have to pay utilities, so I decided to give Park Place Towers a try. From Aug. to Oct. I made several trips to Park Place and I have seen a BIG change! Meagen was right, things were changing. Yes the elevators are very slow but they have fixed them up and they look nice. The lobby looks 100% better then they did when I first came to Park Place. Every time I came into the office, EVERYONE was very nice to me. I read the reviews and I have to agree with the person who wrote, DON'T BLAME the staff - Blame the owners of the property if you haven't been happy. I have seen first hand how hard the office staff works. I was in the rental office almost once a week and I see how some of the residents treat the office staff! Maybe I came from a family that showed me how to be kind and treat others nice and that may be why the office staff was so nice to me. I even think the two maintenance men that I met were very nice and when they saw me with my friend moving they asked me if I needed help and when the light bulb in my bathroom didn't work, they came as soon as I called and reported it! I AM VERY HAPPY with my new apartment. It's not a house, it's an apartment and that is what I call community living! However, my apartment is so cute and nice! I LOVE it and the staff. If you are looking for a place to live -try visiting Park Place - I bet you will move in there! You can not beat a discount on rent and ALL UTILITES included - You just can't beat that!

you've just moved in. just wait and see i'll bet you won't feel the same way. i've lived in bladensburg all of my life and i know park place towers like the back of my hand. i've know it since it was under realty management. yes they have a new management company and that's great congrats to you, but trust me once you have your car broken into/stolen , followed into your building via the front or back of the building, and major elevator issues then you will realize the complaints from other tenants. no i've never resided there but i have friends that did and like i said i've live in bladensburg for years and no all about park place towers.
