This apt complex is like a nicelt wrapped gift, which when opened, is actually a very ugly rock. Not only is the complex slow to respond to everything, there are hidden fees with everything: They charge you several hundred dollars to use their service elvators for a move (no, this is not a deposit), will charge you through the teeth if you get locked out (no, not even to get a new key, just to let you in etc.). I would never recommend this place to anyone... that and the windows are terrible... you may as well leave them open because the noise levels will be the same.
