Okay, I don't know about other residents but I am getting really tired of apartment inspections! We have been through atleast three inspections the past few weeks! Can we get more than 18 hours notice for Christ sake'! How about one weeks notice' Where is our privacy' I shudder at the thought of strangers in my apartment while I am not there. It's not like our apartsments are in Beverly Hills where no one worries of having their property stolen. What's worse, if you fail inspection for some reason mentioned in the lease you can be fined up to $1000! WHOA for most of us that is a huge amount to come up with living in PG county scrapping for enough money to pay rent! Call the office to check if they have a key to your apartment of pay for your door locks to get sawed off and a huge missing key charge. Let us call the front office and make sure they have the rope to hang us with! Set a place at your table for your guest, they love to be spontaneous and drop in on short notice.
Hmmm, call the front office and guess what' They don't know much about the inspections, it's a good case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. "play dumb, fail to answer all inpection questions."
