IF YOU LOVE LIVING WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING AND BURNIN IN YOUR APARTMENT THEN PARK PLACE IS FOR YOU. NOT TO MENTION I RECEIVED CONSTANT NOTICES ON MY DOOR ABOUT NOT PAYING MY RENT ON TIME WHEN I ALWAYS PAID MY RENT ON TIME. THE ONLY ADVICE I COULD GIVE YOU IS KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS CAUSE YOUR GONNA NEED THEM. I THOUGHT LIVING NEXT DOOR TO THE RENTAL OFFICE WOULD BE OK, BUT I SOONED LEARNED WHEN THE NEW COMPANY (THE DONALDSON GROUP) BOUGHT OUT PARK PLACE THEY FORCED MY OUT OF MY APARTMENT WITH SOME LAME OH AND YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO THREATEN SOMEONE BEFORE MAINTENANCE CAN COME TO YOUR APARTMENT. EXCUSE. MIND YOU RENT WAS ALWAYS PAID. ITS OK, CAUSE MY LAWYER IS EXCITED. IM SO GLAD I MOVED INTO A MORE PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY THAT KEEPS GOOD RECORDS AND TREATS THIER TENANTS WITH RESPECT.

You were also given an option to relocate to another unit in the building as well as given names and numbers of other communities. If you are going to post information you should post all the facts and not half truths.
