I need a copy of a walk thru slip the rental office will not provide me with a blank one. This is how they get you at the end of your move out so that they don't have to return your deposit.

LOL...I couldn't agree more. I'm so glad i'm gone. I wish you good luck in finding a place better because believe me Park place is just a dump. I would not let my worst enemy live there

wow, i went to this place in hopes to start a new whole lil roomate thing wit my best friend. The new apartments are nice, but after reading these ratings, I want to say thank you because i will be going to the leasing office to take our name off of the waiting list, rats, roaches, GROSS!!!!!!!, And the rental office people were so nice, ---- for the price of the two bedroom we were quoted, I'll be damned if i see a roach, the rental office will have some busted windows and givin me my money back.... so expect me soon phoenix i want my damn money back and my name off the waiting list, this is just disgusting
