Ok I just moved to Park Place Towers 2 weeks ago and I am ready to pack my family up and move again. They put us in the last building and it is the worst the elevator works when it feels like it, the hallways are just disgusting they are dirty and always smell awful. The laundry room is just nasty. Inside the apartment is not so bad but my bathroom toilet just over flooded out of now where on day it was awful. And not to mention there is no cold water in the shower so we are getting burned by extremely hot water every time we bathe. They need to really do some renovations to this building ASAP.

And the worst has yet to come. Now you going to have to play that waiting game with the maintenance crew to actually come in and repair all of your problems after you submit about 20 requests to the staff in the leasing office. I will suggest that you submit your request in writing and personally hand it to someone in the rental office preferably the manager. If you get no where with her, then you are going to have to contact the regional manager (Sheri Payne) she is in the office from time to time. You can also e-mail her at spayne@thedonaldsongroup.com. CAN ANYONE MAKE A COMMENT ABOUT THE PHOENIX FORMERLY PARK PLACE...?I UNDERSTAND IT'S BEEN RENOVATED. WHAT ARE THE CHANGES IS IT FOR THE BETTER?
