MY DEAR FRIEND IF YOUR ARE PLANNING TO RENT IN THIS PLACE (PARK PLACE) IS BETTER TO STAY ON YOUR CAR, CLEAN AND PERFUMED. THIS PLACE IS A TRASH TRASH TRASH NASTY NASTY PLACE, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AT THE LEASING OFFICE. THEY KEEP ON PROMISING TO DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR APT. WHEN MOVED HERE I REPORTED THE ROACHES ALREADY,NOT ONE ---- ROACHE BUT MEN WHEWWWWW YEEEOOOOOOW NASTY TRASHHHHH. THEY DON'T DO NOTHING SO I BUY SOME PESTICIDES, I SPEND TO MUCH FOR THE PESTECIDE BUT STILL IT KEEPS ON COMING INN, I'M SICK WITH THIS SO RIGHT NOWI'M LOOKING FOR OTHER APARTMENT ALREADY I'M GOING TO BREAK MY LEASE BECAUSE I CANNOT TAKE THIS ANYMORE,THEY DON'T DO NOTHING I'M NOT GOING TO FEED MYSELF TO THE ROACHES, I 100% HEALTHY WHEN I MOVE HERE BUT NOW I STARTED TO GET SICK, I DON'T LIKE TO WASTE MY LIFE IN THIS GARBAGE APARTMENT.

Did you know that if your apartment has roach infestation or is otherwise inhabitable, that you can refuse to pay your rent? Your rent would be paid into a rent escrow account which will not be payable to the landlord until the problem is fully rectified, and this goes for any other type of living problem you experience on any rental property in Maryland or else where. Just contact your local District Court Clerk's office, 301-952-4080 and file your complaint.
