apartment looks nice bucause of renovation thats the only good thing about the phoenix.I dont have any other good things to say bucause i havnt moved in yet, even though they took my holding fee in june of 09 and told me i would be able to move in the first week of july 09, but as soon as the fisrt week came they jus keep exteding my move in date, also i could not even sign the lease. if you move in you must have some real good Patience or must be real dumb. dont beleave the hype

Do me a favor...Get your holding fee back and dont sign that lease. You'll be regretting your decision for 12 longgggggggggggggggggggg months. If they can't even get it together to move you in, how do you think its gonna be when your a tennant. Just my .02 cents
