Sucks - Ive lived in projects in Brooklyn NY, and this is basically the projects. Mobs of teenagers shooting dice, smoking weed. Maintenance sucks. Happy Teacher - I absolutely disagree with the negative comments. I did have the pleasure of living at the Keniliworth Towers Apartments for 2 years. The staff was very professional, the maintenance crew was great and the building upkeep was good. When I moved in, the apartment was very clean with new wall to wall carpeting. BEWARE did not move in yet but have problems apartment looks nice bucause of renovation thats the only good thing about the phoenix.I dont have any other good things to say bucause i havnt moved in yet, even though they took my holding fee in june of 09 and told me i would be able to move in

Roaches!!! Everywhere I currently rent at gateway gardens and it has been a horrible experience. The apartements are filled with roaches and rats. They try to provide good service but some time they just can not help to screw you up.

Health Hazzard I will not recommand anyone to move at this facility they have mice and roaches in the apartment units and in the hallway. The laundry facility stay broke and also the maintenace on call staff do not respond for emergencies.
