I moved to Archstone Governor's Green sight unseen, using Archstone's policy of allowing renters from other complexes they own/manage to switch the lease without penalty. This is a terrific perk, by the way!
I was pleasantly surprised by the apartment. The kitchen was excellent...roomy, with good appliances. Everything else was quite good. The walls are thin, as mentioned by the previous reviewer. It was more the plumbing noises than the people, which seemed rather strange to me.
The people at the office were always pleasant and helpful.
The one problem I had was that the apartments are rather far out from anything like major shopping, entertainment, etc.
I'd still be living there except for the fact that I got a job in Northern Virginia and the 70-mile round trip commute over there was starting to kill me.
