Great Apartment / High Rent / Theft From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I loved the "room mate" set up with the two bedrooms, two baths. It worked out perfectly for my husband and I and our 2 year old son. Rent just kept on getting higher. There were cars stolen out of the lot every weekend. Also cars completely stripped and left on blocks. right outside the building!! We moved out because the crime and the parties were too much for a new family. Besides our mortage on our new home is $200 less than our rent. We also had to get a garage because we needed more storage.
