The apartments are very nice, only a couple years old. The all appartments come with nice full size washer, dryer, and dishwashers. It takes a little while to get maintenance done if it's not an emergency. Unless you want to pay $150 a month for a garage, the parking is free for all, no assigned spaces. The "fitness center" is really small as is the pool and the hours of the pool are not very convenient. If you need metro for transportation it's rather inconveniant since the closest bus stop is about 3/4 of a mile away and accross a busy highway from the complex. I don't recomend living here if you don't have a car to cross the highway. Dispite all this they are very nice and if you can afford it well worth it.
