good place, high quality, .. high rent

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
really enjoyed living here. brand new apartments. (i was the first tenant in
my unit) brand new appliances, real tile
kitchen and bathroom floors. lovely
large mirrors in bathroooms.
vaulted ceilings on 3rd floor.. very nice.
somewhat noisy - fairly thin walls!
occassional break-ins, car theft...
norm for area.
would stay, but rent increases will drive
me out this summer.
