I love living at Archstone Governor's Green. I have lived here almost two years. It has been my best apartment experience ever. Yes, the fireworks are a bit annoying, but that's only in the summer. Even the service staff issues don't bother me much because I don't expect them to show up within 24 hours, even though that's their guarentee. I do however have a huge problem with the rent. It is entirely too expensive! Who wants to pay nearly $1400 per month for a one bedroom'!!! That's a mortgage! And not everyone is in the position to buy property. The price gouging has to stop. So now I have to move because I can't afford another rent increase. And based on the reviews I have read, there is no place better than where I am. :(
