I have had absolutely zero problems living within this community. The office staff is courteous and helpful through and through. Even though they deal with sometimes rude and inconsiderate tenants!! Rent is a little high but if you look around the county you really can't find anything comparable, especially with the quality of living that the community provides. I would recommend this community to anyone (and have).

I'm glad your experience has been positive. When I visited the apartments, they definitely wanted business. They were willing to negotiate the contract with me. However, I was offered a lower rate for a shorter contract. When I questioned this, the office attendant indicated that the lower rate was because they could charge more for rentals in the summer. So the short term contract was actually a good deal for them but would have hurt me at renewal. Please keep an eye on your bottom line when dealing with this company, they won't do it for you. I chose Heather Ridge, lower rent, closer to shopping, more distance between me and the weekend fireworks, friendly upfront staff.
