I've lived at Governor's Green since November 2008. I've had no concerns or incidence. I've seen the many postings which I'm happy to see, so that I know to be aware of what is going on. But I'm never fearful when I come and go. I'm just mindful of my surroundings. No complex is perfect, but I think as a whole, Governor's Green has a lot to offer. For the price, and the management is great to me. Very responsive in regards to maintenance calls etc. They contact you the next day to be sure things were done to your satisfaction. I truly believe its worth it.
