These apartments are old and they have not been maintained well over the years. Yet the rent has escalated at an outrageous pace. These apartments are very small. The kitchen is outdated with old appliances and cabinets and its no fun to cook or entertain in such a kitchen. The bedrooms are also small. When I lived there the master bath was no bigger than a closet. The trash dumpster is far and often overloaded with trash that spills out of the dumpster and this is in the entrance of the community. Very unappealing for yourself and visitors. Seems to me that the management company has taken advantage of the convenience to Bowie Towne Center to jack up the prices to an unreasonable level. In addition, you have to pay for water separately. For one person working person I was paying about $25 per month. A ridiculous amount. Trash is tacked on to the rent. The management staff is not consumer oriented and care very little for the tenants. People are continuously moving in and out and says a lot. All in all I would say that this apartment complex overpriced and living in it was depressing. I was glad to have moved out. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

After extensive research of a 20 mile radius from andrews afb. I have found Bowie to be the best location overall. Heather Ridge caters to a lot of the military community and I have found that it's population is heavy with all services. This could be one of the biggest reasons for it's high move in/out rate as military often moves every 2-4 years. It also came highly recommended by previously located military personnel.
