DON'T BELIEVE THE NEGATIVITY!

Okay, so no apartment complex is perfect. And let's face it, living in this area is expensive. However, I have lived at Heather Ridge for almost two years and plan on renewing my lease again. I have always found the the staff to be pleasant, responsive, and very willing to accomodate the tenant. The apartments may not be huge, but the open layout is great for entertaining, and you can't beat the laundry room with full size washers and dryers. Most apartments have a stackable unit in a closet. Pet deposit and monthly pet fee is pretty standard. I know because I've checked many apartments on this issue. This year we started paying our own water bill as opposed to a flat rate tacked on to the monthly rent. It's actually cheaper to pay my own water, so no complaints there. The trash is the only issue I have. The dumpster backs up a lot and the trash is left on the sidewalk in front of the dumpster door. All in all, I think Heather Ridge is a great place to live and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained apartment close to D.C., Annapolis and Baltimore with plenty of places to visit and things to do in-between. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
